Central location at a good price.

Room overlooked many bars so quite noisy.

This property is clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. It’s also smack in the middle of san sabastian so very well located near the beach and bars.

The smell of cooking but it wasn’t that bad

We felt very welcome because of the lovely host. She made sure everything was ok and was always ready to help. The location was great!

The room window showed only drying laundry and wasn't very nice to keep open so the room felt quite dark. Otherwise everything was great!

It was super clean and the owner was amazingly helpful. I had a few travel issues which she helped me with, organised taxis that she walked me to, etc. comfortable bed and good heating/cooling.

It felt like staying with family. Right in the old centre of san Sebastian. Perfectly placed to visit everywhere.

Great location near the beach and all the pintxos bars. Very clean and although the facilities were basic they met your needs. Comfortable bed.

You are not able to control the air con in your room. Our air con was not turned on for our first night and we woke up extremely uncomfortable (worth noting staff was responsive to our messages about this). It’s overall quiet but any noise from the corridor travels easily into the room.
