"Horrible experience"

I went to have a little celebration with my kids and a few of their friends to celebrate passing in school and for myself and the other parents to relax. None of that happened. First room we went to already had luggage, get to our room go downstairs the jacuzzi was out and the restaurant was closed. Then the top to the trashcan was on the ground outside the pool area cut my sons foot. Go up to the room tv wasn’t working and ac went out. Go downstairs other customers complaining about toilets overflowing and another customer talking about cockroaches in his room. The young lady at the desk was very nice and overwhelmed she was the only one there she told me all she could do was put us in another room,so we moved all of our things to another room. There was banging all night wake up to let the kids finally swim there was broken glass by the elevator get to the pool only to be told they couldn’t swim because someone was breaking glass by the pool. Then to top it off there were no wash rags we had to use big towels to bath. We didn’t get to enjoy none of the amenities that were advertised no whirlpool,no bar, no restaurant etc. I paid all that money for a bed.

"Not great"

1st room dirty, 2nd room killed two roaches, pool closed in the middle of swimming because of glass. When checking out tried to double charge us. I paid online in booking. Told husband our card was declined and there was no payment. My daughter was really disappointed.
