Modular House

The apartment is tiny but well thought out, clean, and in a great location. After traveling all over Italy from the north to Sicily, we were surprised that it was the first accommodation furnished relatively modernly, and not like in the 90s ;) We spent one night there with my wife and two children.

La localisation en plein coeur du centre historique, à 200 mètre de la plage et 200m de la rue principale Appartement récemment rénové, très bien aménagé. La salle de bain très bien équipée. Un parasol était disponible, ce qui est très pratique. Petit balcon idéal pour prendre son petit déjeuner (2personnes max) ou

Escaliers très abrupts, mais c'était clairement indiqué dans l'annonce et tous les vieux immeubles de Cefalu sont comme cela. Il faut le prendre en compte (couples avec enfants, personnes âgées, voyageurs avec des valises lourdes...) Eau non potable, ce qui n'était pas clairement affiché dans l'appartement. Lavabos un peu étroits. La kitchenette est trop petite si l'on veut préparer des repas, mais suffisante pour les petits -déjeuner.

Easy check in, modern, central, clean. Great location, a minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops!

The location, the practicality, the simplicity and the whole idea of checking in online.

The apartment was a bit expensive. The price could be reduced a little.

First I had to watch stupid, unnecessary, time consuming, misleading tutorial about the codes ( you need to be a professional burgler to be able to open half- broken safes to collect the keys). Then beloved hosts asked me for 20 more euros to give me the keys without having to mess up the safes. All of that to divert my attention from 39 very steep stairs which put me directly on the list for total knee replacement. After the smelly, humid, common room with the washing machine working loudly I finally entered very small room, the ugliest one I have ever been in ( all in gray and brown color tones). Then I had to put down a very unconfortable bad from the wall and form the rest of the portable furniture. After that there was no more room for me to exit to the terrace without hurting my legs. The toilettery was provided for one day only, even though I stayed for 11 days. Dirty towels, put together with clean ones. No possibility of room cleaning or changing the bedding. I personaly had to take away the garbage 450 m from the property. And after all that humilliation hosts asked me to send them the proof that I rated ther room 10 ( my mark is 1), so they would send me the code for the secret safe with the small gift for me. I said that I didn’t have time to write a review so they sent me the wrong code not to be able to open the safe. Now you know how their room is rated 8?! Let alone they advertise their room as a sea view property, even though you can see only 1 inch of the sea 200 m away from the property, on the lateral side of the small terrace. And all of this for 160 euros per night. You can do much better than this, belive me!

Si trova al 3 piano senza ascensore e avendo un bimbo piccolo con passeggino ogni volta bisogna salire e scendere tutto

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait! L’appartement est petit, mais tellement bien pensé et tout est fonctionnel!
