I like the staff that are approachable and friendly. The hotels service is great, the food and service shuttle which FREE of charge.. I am gonna book again here for my next journey in Cebu. God Bless

The toilet is quite small, it needs to have a bigger space but all in all, it was clean and great hotel.

Man ist super nahe am Flughafen und der kostenlose Shuttleservice vom Hotel ist praktisch. Gegenüber sind Malls. Man hat Massagen und Restaurants in der Nähe. Optimal wenn man vom oder zum Flughafen muss, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Generell ist es sauber und ordentlich.

Das Zimmer hat seltsam gerochen. Auch wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man die Straße als wäre das Fenster offen. Ist aber normaler Baustandard dort.

Stayed here again as i normally do as close to airport..never normally problems but... was here the 3rd of October and enjoyed it.. but the 17th stay was different.. upon checkout the 18th was confronted by the staff saying I have to pay over 2000 pesos as was a little blood in the bed.. I said sorry but my partner started a womans time.. said it will come out in wash.. but they charge me for 3 different things on the bed.. 500.. 700.. 800.. my partner was so embarrassed by it.. sorry viviens but I won't be staying again.. the old staff 3 years ago where so much more friendly.. stay in Appleton hotel up road no problems there.. I would of paid for dry clean.. not pay for all new sheet for every room
