Poor service and the food is average. They really need to work on their breakfast for the price they are charging

Swimming pool was very dirty with moss and algae floor of the pool was slppery we got skin infection

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was nice with a beautiful view. The room size was good. Special mention to Adruja at the front desk, Hillary and Vinay at the restaurant, and Bruce at the pool.

The upkeep of the property was not up to the mark. There was leakage in the commode, leading to a weird smell in the room. No action was taken after we informed housekeeping. There was water leakage in the corridoor, too, leading to an elderly family member slipping and falling. Some of their facilities, like the childrens play area, gym, spa, and game area, are in the basement and have a very musty smell. Breakfast options were limited, and live counter service was very slow. The pool filter was switched off, leading to blurry water. They are understaffed and are unable to handle things when the occupancy is high. No pick-up service from the railway station.
