Bon potentiel mais beaucoup de problèmes, douche bouché a notre arrivée, robinet lavabo cassé ( uniquement de l’eau brûlante. Robinetterie jacuzzi défaillante, écran télé jacuzzi fissuré, petit déjeuner pas du tout conforme à ma demande de la veille. C’est vraiment dommage nous sommes parti après ma première nuit du coup.

Cosy and quiet place

Lack of communication and lack of coordination. I was trying to change my booking and contacted the property. They suggested to me that in case it didn’t worked on the platform we will do onsite. I have reminded them during check-in. During check-out various story

I stayed at Les Stanislas on May 3, 2024 and could’ve extended it but the room wasn’t properly cleaned and the price charged wasn’t worth the services provided. I gave it an overall 3-star because they provided a decent breakfast. Our room was dirty with dust all over the bed and side lamps and cabinets. There were also stains in the bedsheets, but I cleaned them with some wet sanitizing wipes I had and had covered it with There was also a dead cockroach in the bathroom, but was quickly taken care of by the staff. The staff were also helpful with their service, but gave them 3-stars because they left our breakfast in the rain outside the pool with our fruit juices uncovered with flies all over them while we were still getting ready for our breakfast. The toilet flush properly but we found a quick fix by holding both knobs while flushing. This seemed to have worked the entire time. There are more better hotels with better facilities and services in the same area where Les Stanislas resides, so I advice to shop around before settling with this as the price being charged isn’t worth the services offered. Management should re-strategize and have it more cleaned and offer more training to their staff. It can be more serene if they improve their services as they have a quieter hotel and nice pool. Probably because there were just a handful of guests. I will not be staying here again anytime am in Abidjan until I read a good review and experience a much improved service again.

Really great spot. I'd recommend highly. Off a street with a lot of restaurants and city action but quiet. The staff was very polite and welcoming and the room is great. Has a European feel with the pool and pool bar. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to stay in this side of town

location is good, staff was very friendly and the rooms are big and comfy. breakfast was also okay.

the internet is sporadic and since I was on a business trip where I used my internet a lot, it was very disturbing. all the tv channels was French and I don’t speak French so it would been have nice with at least a few English channels. the toilet didn’t flush properly and even after I changed the room, I still had same issue.
