"No record of travel reservation"

A group of 7 travelers on a humanitarian mission had a confirmed reservation through a web-based service (Travelocity). On arrival, the hotel had no record of the reservation creating havoc and frustration. Another hotel had to be found at the last minute, and 3 taxis were needed to move us and our many suitcases.
