The staff was very helpful. Everything was neat and clean. Our room was a nice size. I especially liked having such a big vanity outside the bathroom. I got excellent help with making my waffle.

We couldn't find the ice machine. Luckily, we had a first-floor room because there wasn't an elevator.

Location very near interstate; traffic noise kept me from sleeping. Dated rooms, very basic. I chose this accommodation because it was rated wonderful but to me it was not wonderful, not even close.
