Breakfast was good, the hotel was in a great location for our trip, and overall the hotel was clean.

However, the room was smaller than the one advertised on booking.com. The toilet/shower room was VERY tiny, and the bathtub creaked every time you shifted your feet in there. Worst of all, we found a dead bed bug in our bed the next morning. We brought it down to the desk and they said it's their policy to only refund if we find bugs in the first 15 minutes. My husband called later to try to make an appeal, but the desk manager berated my husband over the phone. He was rude, impatient, and showed zero sympathy when we said we were there for a funeral. We are very disappointed with this staff person.
