For pre-paid and nonrefundable rates, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. The hotel may also request, in order to confirm and secure the reservations, a signed copy of the credit card given as guarantee. The credit card holder will be requested to present the card while checking in. Third party cards are accepted, upon presentation of a signed copy and photo ID of the holder. The hotel reserves the right to refund the prepayment and request an alternate method of payment, in case these conditions are not met. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card given to guarantee the reservation. The credit card pre-authorization is done 4 days before arrival, for reservations with no deposit or prepayment. In case the credit card is not authorized, the hotel will contact the guest in order to provide new valid credit card details. Please note that when making your reservation, please mention your preference for double or twin bed. Also please advise your estimated arrival time to the hotel. All requests depend on the availability on the day of arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
