Always nice to come into the warmth after a cold day in Skegness

Breakfast was fabulous and of excellent quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming

Room was fine, the double bed was ok, single bed was ok.

The window handles were a bit run down, kind of loose as they were not lockable (like standard pvc window handles). The toilet was a bit close to the wall as the bathroom was narrow so had to mind my head. And the one who stayed in the single room, the sink was quite small so had to use cup to fill the kettle up.

The location is completely central, but it wasn’t noisy. We had free parking. We could get a drink from the bar.

Breakfast good, excellent location, great private bar to socialise in the evening.
