Emplacement très pratique, 10 minutes à pied du triangle d'or mais très calme

La chambre et la salle de douche sont minuscules, au point ou la porte est découpée pour pouvoir la fermer sans qu'elle bloque au niveau du siège des toilettes. Les photos sur le site sont prises de manière à faire croire que tout est à taille normale alors que c'est loin d'être le cas. Aucune place pour poser ses valises. On ne peut pas se garer dans la rue donc on est obligé de se garer sur le parking de l'hotel pour 50USD par jour. Total presque 900USD pour deux jours, totalement injustifié

Liked the location.

It seems they were not ready for business. Checked in and given key to a room that somebody was already in. They were quite surprised. Coffee machine did not work. The bed was not flat. Free coffee was out with no sweetener or stirrers. Their explanation was we don't have any and will order some!?

I loved my stay at the hotel. the decor and overall vibe was stunning and it was very clean and near so many great restaurants. Pali house has great locations

The TV was very dated in the sense that you can only watch local TV channels. You did not have the option to watch netflix/youtube and for the price you pay + the location you think they would have newer amenities like this. Also, I ordered breakfast room service and it was delivered in a To Go bag instead of a tray. Again, small things like this make a difference.

The desk girls and guys. Such a help 0n anything. Will be back a lot .my Grandaughter lives there now so we will be coming back a lot.

My TV was a mess

Location was great and the very quiet. The room was clean.

The mattress was far too soft, and the coffee pods provided were generic, low-quality options. The closet doors were extremely difficult to open and close. The air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep, and the room had a persistent musty odor. The room itself was very cramped, and the view faced directly onto the parking lot — so close that parked cars were nearly within arm's reach of the window. It gave the space a motel-like feel rather than that of a proper hotel. My biggest frustration, however, was with housekeeping. During my stay, they discarded personal bottles I had left in the room. As a frequent traveler who stays in hotels roughly ten times a year, I have never experienced this before. If I had wanted those items thrown away, I would have placed them in the bin myself. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings will be left as they are.
