The STAFF!!!!!! I stayed in this establishment for 2 1/2 weeks Room service TERRIBLE!!!! BUT….. THE WORSE experience I had was a little STONER that eats food while you’re trying to Check-in! H I S name is VENCHESO!!!!!!!!! The worse piece of shit that I’ve ever encountered at any professional establishment!!! I ask him to help me with towels since made service was not available until you request! Do keep in mind the whole 2 1/2 weeks while I was there I did not have this problem! I observed him eating food while I ask him. Why isn’t the bar working tonight! He was so HIGH that he told me that the bar was not open and he did not know when it would be open! I asked for service when the maid service was not there for his help!VENCHESO!!!!!!!!! SHOULD NOT!!!!I REPEAT…. SHOULD NOT!!!!!! WORK!!!! At any hotel in BeverlyHills! THE NAME OF THE HOTEL IS “MAISON 140” in BEVERLY HILLS!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!! Stay at this hotel!!!! Not to mention, the bed bugs!!! Parking SUCKS!!!!!! $100 a night!!!VENCHESO!!!!! Did not like me questioning his integrity so, he calls the cops!!!!!! And they kicked me out! Once again, I paid $2500 to stay there for business that I needed done for my job!!!! VENCHESO maid this experience the worse I’ve ever had! I plead to management to let this “ NO IT ALL” GOOO!!!!!!! as you could see I’m not a great Texter! And I hate writing long text about any establishment and their employees, but this guy made my experience TERRIBLE!!!!! ladies and gentlemen of the public do not I repeat do not stay at this hotel! mAISON 140!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can’t wait to put my next review about VENCHESO on YELP!!! I hate that he put the Beverly Hills police department to kick me out just because he did not like me question his motives!!😡😡😡😡

Very friendly staff clean environment. Close to all the stores and great location for sight seeing.

Only thing was the plumbing in the bathroom. The toilet was running but nothing one couldn’t get by with.

Please do not waste your money staying at this hotel. My husband and I checked in, went up to the room, and immediately came back down to check out. The hotel is extremely old and has a strong, unpleasant odor — it smelled like urine. The carpets were filthy, stained, and gave the room an overall dirty feel. When we asked for a refund, we were told it was not possible and they still charged my card for one night. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT stay at this hotel or Stay at your own Risk. The pictures on the website doesn’t depict the appearance nor the smell.

Would have enjoyed having a bathtub in addition to shower.

Crap experience, unless you are loaded I would suggest you stay clear of this place, biggest fraud, they ask for a security deposit on arrival which is supposed to be refunded on departure, however when its time for the refund they hit you with more expenses which they call tax, paying to stay at the hotel is not enough money for them, they decide to hit you with more on departure, they also advertise a pool which is not even on their property, so fake all the way, scammers

The location was adequate, there is no breakfast provided at the facility. The bathroom is so SMALL you can barely fit or close the door.

The hotel looks better online. The front desk person was not welcoming and made it seem like we were bothering her when we asked her questions. The room was super humid -they only have window units. It wasn’t the best experience. If you are just laying your head down, it might be worth it to go. My daughter was recovering from a surgery so we were in the room a lot.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Madison 140 is nothing like what it advertises. First, there are endless hidden charges. After already paying for the room, we were hit with $45 per night for parking — and despite paying, we still received notices threatening that our car would be booted or towed. Completely unacceptable. The so-called “amenities” are a joke. To get water (which I needed for my heart medication) or even just a cup of coffee, you have to walk through a parking lot. That’s not hospitality, that’s neglect. The staff was unprofessional and downright rude. Any concerns were brushed off with an attitude. Cleanliness was subpar at best, and honestly, I’ve stayed in hostels in third-world countries that were more welcoming, cleaner, and better managed than this so-called “hotel.” Save yourself the stress and money — Madison 140 is a total disappointment.
