The Shop Cotswold Apartment Sleeps 2

Terrible. I booked this accommodation for 5 nights but when I arrived I could not access it. The owner never send me any details even after I asked for it. When I contacted them after I arrived they denied to know anything about the booking even though I sent them all the details I had from Hotels.com. They were not helpful and started ignoring my messages very quickly. So I had to find other sleeping accommodations at the last minute which was not easy and much more expensive. So I never stayed in this apartment because I had no access to it. I contacted Hotels.com about this in the hope they will sort it out but at the time of writing this they have not and I have not received a refund either. Naturally I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I would not want anyone to go thru the same experience. Beware!

We loved our stay and found everything within walking distance and the museum was fantastic. Great eating places and supermarkets close by. Great boutiques and art galleries. All in all a wonderful stay in the Cotswolds!
