The staff’s helpfulness, recommendations and how accommodating they were. Location is good for shopping (electronics, clothes) and late night food. It’s also close to the extension of the gold museum as well as the parque Bolivar.

in the add of Booking.com the room is presented with balcony and minibar and both were not there. later when checking the booking confirmation, both were not mentioned, very shady. Since I still am a smoker a balcony is essential for me. so it feels like a con. booking.com disappointed me this time

Good location in the heart of Armenia. Basic but very spacious room. The staff was very kind, didn't speak English though. Quiet

Everything was OK. Maybe the hotel needs a renovation in the rooms but on the other hand Armenia is not a tourist destination.

On the plus side, the room was big and clean, even come with a balcony. However, the room was equipped with the minimal basic, not tooth brush, nor tooth paste, nor aircon or even a fan. The real downside is that in the city center around a very noise area. I was getting awake often 'cause the noise coming from the street. A suggestion to the hotel is to provide each room with some disposable earplugs.
