Shower wasn’t the best and shower gel etc supplied wasn’t good at all

Very clean and fairly central for everything in North Adam

There is room for improvement in sound proof. We could hear the women talking next door until late night. We could hear the motorists zooming by in the streets. We could hear the people talking in the hallway…Our sleep was affected by all these noises.

Great stay. Well balanced, clean, friendly.

There is no hand duchess which is very bad

My one complaint is the sheets. They are silky and slippery and without a fitted bottom sheet, do not stay tucked in. Also the heating and cooling system is quite noisy and cycles on and off. Positives are the location and staff are friendly and accommodating.

A hotel that offers no housekeeping service! Does not make the bed, change the towels, empty trash…That charges $250/nite is very poor

Beds were far too soft and pillows too thick. Shower curtain had mildew and was so long I had to stand on it while showering.

The walls are so thin we could hear every word of the people next to us from about 9:30 to 11:00 when they left their room. They came back to their room around 2:30am and did not stop talking very loudly and playing the TV until 5:30am. The air conditioner made a constant loud drip the entire night. We turned it off but it continued to drip loudly and consistently all night. Between the noise next door and the constant drip we could not sleep. The shower head was so low my husband could not stand under it.

We liked the location, it was very convenient for seeing MassMoca and walking to restaurants in town. It was quiet generally outside. The staff was very responsive when we had an issue with the television.

The gym needs better ventilation. I could hear another hotel guest slamming his door when they opened and exited the room.
