Lady at the front desk was rude. She tried to belittle me because I didn't know the differences between your process devices. I used my charge card on one device and followed prompts. Well, how was i supposed to know I'd then have to follow prompts from a tablet (different device)? She said "don't you know what a tablet is"... my response was NO. THAT WAS COMPLETELY UNNECCESSARY
