Es stinkt stark nach Kanalisation. Dem Besitzer ist es offensichtlich das Problem bekannt, weil im Apartment ein Ventilator lief, was, natürlich nicht wirklich hilft. Das Geruch ist sehr penetrant und macht die Aufenthalt kaum vertraglich. Außerdem handelt es um ein Kellerzimmer und es gibt überhaupt keine Sicht, obwohl in der Beschreibung "mit Aussicht" steht.

Poco espacio en el office. Hervidor de agua, cafetera, tostadora, microondas con poco espacio para manejarlo todo. Quizá techo algo bajo
