Amazing place to stay, so welcoming

Very welcoming couple and their lovely dog. Beautifully furnished with lots of individual tasteful paintings and objects. Homely feel and great location to hop on the bus into Christchurch

Pam and Denis were great. Really a lovely B&B. Recommend Majarajah if you need a good spot for dinner.

Beautiful rose blooms at the entry.

Rooms were chilly as heat was not turned on prior to our arrival in n November. Hot breakfast was good, not exceptional.

The dog.

Bed was hard and sagging. The room had no privacy. I had the garden room which was directly under the owners bedroom. I heard everything which meant they could also hear everything. Bathroom is not private and no access to the garden or spa. I stayed in a much better place on arrival into Christchurch for the same price. Unfortunately this was the most uncomfortable place we stayed in for the two weeks we travelled in NZ.

Pam and Dennis were lovely hosts and the breakfast was wonderful

Bathroom was not en suite. Though there was a picture of an en suite bathroom on the Booking.com website, that was not for all rooms. It's inconvenient and distracting to walk into a lit hallway to use the facilities in the middle of the night.

Quaint and beautiful. Host greeted us with a coffee and raspberry muffin. Accommodated our request to check in early. Nice location near the airport. Great host suggestions of places to visit. Fantastic homemade breakfast. Wonderful options cooked perfectly.

We liked the architecture of the home very much, and the surrounding gardens. Our hosts were very accommodating, and breakfast was excellent.
