המלון על שוק הפשפשים. החדר היה גדול ומרווח. איתן הבעלים אדם מקסים, קשוב ואיכפתי.

כרגיל לת"א, קשה למצוא חניה והחניונים בסביבה יקרים בטירוף. בחדר אין קומקום ואביזרים להכנת שתיה חמה.
