die Lage ist super, die Mitarbeitenden sehr nett, sehr ansprechend aussehende Zimmer

in meinem Zimmer war es leider sehr laut, direkt neben dem Wellnessbereich- ich konnte jeden Menschen der ein oder aus ging hören & ich konnte jeden Schritt der Person im Zimmer über mir hören leider musste ich auch ein paar Sauberkeits Probleme direkt melden, auch am letzten Tag musste ich noch ein benutztes Taschentuch finden

Lovely well taken care of Hotel. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have all the amenities that are needed. The beds are comfortable and a sitting area inviting. The hotel has a restaurant, called Florian, and it offers breakfast and is also open for dinner. The food is good and service efficient. From the hotel one can walk to the Schlossturm and the inner city in about 10-15 minutes. I recommend taking the lift or the Schlossbergbahn to the top for a lovely view. The hotel also has a small garden and it is nice to sit outside with coffee and cake in the afternoon. Check in/check out was excellent and the front desk lady is so friendly and readily answers questions. If we return to Graz, we will try to stay in that hotel again. We felt very welcome and appreciated.
