Casa Wilson Inn

Overall the place is super nice and situated super central next to la placita and old San Juan. It’s very clean and the staff was super welcoming and attentive. Specific mention to Omar who went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended

The breakfast was supposed to start at 7 but when we went, no one was present nor any food was ready.

La comodidad de la habitación

El área de la ducha muy pequeña. Al momento del baño, fue incomodo el aseo. El Tv no tenía acceso a plataformas de streaming la cual pudiéramos poner nuestras credenciales para cuando tuviéramos tiempo de ocio durante la estadía.

Staff is fantastic. Very helpful. Location is excellent and the breakfast surpassed my expectations.

Hotel bem localizado a apenas alguma quadras da praia e da rua principal. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Café da manhã com poucas opções mas bem servido e bem saboroso

The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Loved the bowl of fruit that was put on the table before breakfast was ordered. The gentleman at the front desk gave us good advise of beaches to visit

The tiles in front of the bathroom door were broken and we had to wear shoes all the time as the tiles would have cut our feet

Very welcoming and accommodating staff. The location was perfect. A completely restored historic home with so much charm. The room was very clean and decorated beautifully. My room had lots of natural light and very quiet. Breakfasts were fantastic served in the outside terrace.. They offered fresh fruit every morning and they offered a nice variety.. I loved staying at Casa Wilson Inn and when I return this is where I will stay. I highly recommend this place if you come to beautiful Puerto Rico

nice little family hotel. in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything, a 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Location to nearby shops, dining, and beaches was great. Easily walkable to everything. Distance from Old Town and airport were easy for transfer with local Uber's. Nice private patio attached to our room with small coffee table and 2 chairs were a nice touch. Pool area was cozy and nice.

Overall they have a nice property with good potential but lacking in many aspects. We stayed in unit 11 for 2 nights. The sheets and towels were super thin and past their good life, bed mattress lacked support, and the room walls were in need of fresh paint. The fabric headboard was discolored with body oils, window curtains were dirty, shower tiles and bath floor tiles discolored and dirty at perimeter. An older building with wooden doors and floor so you could hear other guests coming/going in the hallway. The lobby common area was not clean, dustballs on stairs and such. No bath towels were available on check in and took 2.5 hours to receive them. For the breakfast buffet, the coffee machine did not work on day 2 so no coffee was served at breakfast. The front desk staff was pleasant but would only engage with us when we initiated conversation and did not go out of their way to promote the hotel or be friendly.
