The guest house is located within yards of the beach and seafront, wonderful view from our room !! Easy access to the town centre. Public car park within short walk. Evelyn and Maurice extremely friendly and helpful, both during booking process as well as our stay

Very good host and nothing was too much trouble. Two large windows in the middle floor room have stunning sea views over St Ives harbour and right around the bay. Could sit in the room all day with a nice cup of tea! Good continental breakfast supplied in the room. We were very lucky to be able park our car in small space at the rear of the property. Main bus stop is close by.

There wasn’t anything you could say we didn’t really like about the property but parking could be an issue for some guests as the railway station car park (nearby) can get full up in the day.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially after I required a last minute change of date also went out their way to ensure I had a nice stay offering and extra night at the end of my stay after I missed the first night.
