"Great location to explore St. Ives from"

Great location, close to the bus and train stations. A short walk to the town centre and beach. Shops and cafés nearby. Nice view of the harbour.

Noise from the road. Quite an early check out.

"Wonderful stay, and I hope to return again."

I had a lovely room, comfy bed and postcard view. Maurice went out of his way to help me when a taxi wasn’t available! I would have stayed longer if I could. It was also refreshing to have a fresh fruit bowl at the entrance!

Checkout was a firm 10 am. Would have loved to stay until 11, but it was high season so there’s high turnover. Still, it was a lovely stay.

"Comfortable and relaxing stay"

The location is great which is accessible to public transport is opposite of bus station and walking distance to the train station. The view from our window was just amazing day or night, stunning and spectacular view of St Ives Harbour. Owners are very hospitable and helpful. Would highly recommend.
