Fraser and Maria were incredible hosts so attentive and couldn't do more for you. Incredible room and amazing breakfast this place was amazing and they do so much to make sure you have everything you need!

This is quite THE best Bed and Breakfast we have stayed in and has resulted in this, our 2nd, visit. Standards throughout are exceptionally high and Fraser and Maria, the owners, are an absolute delight and make you feel so very welcome. We shall continue to recommend and most definitely return. "Fantastic boutique hotel run by exceptional hosts"

Excellent boutique hotel close to Lymington centre. Comfortable en-suite bedroom with tea and coffee facilities etc. Excellent breakfast and also free car parking on site. Nice patio to sit out in the sun and the owners Fraser and Maria were exceptional hosts.
