"First class, relaxing stay in a beautiful coastal town."

Centrally located in a quiet area of Lymington with on site parking. Superb location for making the most of Lymington’s excellent restaurants and pubs in the evening. Like others have mentioned, breakfast quality and customer service are exceptional. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and impeccably clean. The owners clearly enjoy and have a passion for what they do and it shows.

Fraser and Maria are the perfect hosts, very accommodating. Everything is spotless clean. The breakfast is out of this world tasty and huge huge portions...you will not go hungry. Probably the best boutique bnb we have stayed in. Absolutely 10 out of 10!!!

The owners were very welcoming on our arrival, the room was beautifully presented. A lovely selection of toiletries to use, everything was clean and well presented. Breakfast was delicious, will definitely be returning in the future.

There was nothing I didnt like, they made every effort to make our stay great.

It is spacious and scrupulously clean. Our room was huge and well equipped with a considerable hospitality tray. It was very comfy and cosy and we were happy to be in the room. The breakfast room was set out beautifully and I have never seen such a choice of options in a b&b. Everything was cooked to perfection. And others having breakfast said the same. The hosts were so attentive and friendly. The location is so handy just at the top of the high street but away from any hustle and bustle.

Absolutely nothing it was perfect.
