A family-run small hotel that goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. It's near the central areas of town without the price or noise.

We missed hot water and bodywash

Location is great- just one block to the beach to watch sunset and around 10 mins walk into the throng of Santa Marta (so nice and quiet and not far from the action). Rooms are very comfortable (also great pillows!) and kitchen facilities are open to guests. Great breakfast included. Nicholas and Andrea are very welcoming (and speak excellent English) and make the place feel like a home away from home.

Maybe the ventilation in the rooms is poor you have to open the door to ventilate the rooms and also when we arrived to the house there was not electricity, it is important to have a electric power machine, when this happen

La atención a los clientes nacionales es deficiente hay diferenciación en lo que se ofrece en términos de habitaciones y desayunos a los nacionales vs extranjeros, siendo mejor el producto ofrecido al extranjero, hay oportunidad de mejora asociada a los colchones de las habitaciones, al olor de humedad en la habitación que usamos en el primer piso, se debe tomar un curso de atención al cliente por parte de la señora Andrea que nos recibio.

Probably the best service of any hostel anywhere. Really accommodating host and super nice. The place is neat and comfortable. As far as the location it’s quiet and pleasant away from the ruckus of rododero but a short and cheap bus ride or taxi to that hub where the action is. It’s a short walking distance to the marina to catch water activities.
