Op doorreis ideaal. Een restaurant in huis met uitstekende kok die de kwaliteit van de locale keuken weet te koppelen aan modern koken. Heerlijk stil en toch aan de doorgaande weg. Op 5 minuten afstand een kort bezoek aan Hann. Münden, een goed bewaarde oude stad met eeuwenoude huizen. Zo weer op de A7 en de reis voortzetten.
