"!!!What a disappointment!!!"

6.0

The place was beautiful at first look. Then we checked in and the problems began. Upon using the bathroom raw sewage started coming out of the floor in the bathroom and in the sauna. From that time forward we could not use the water in the house and the whole place smelt disgusting forcing us to remain outside. We contacted the management company who responded quickly. But they sent a pool guy who had no experience or equipment to fix a plumbing issue. The first responding repairmen tracked sewage all throughout the interior of the house making the problem worse. At approximately 8pm we were told to leave for a couple of hours, so they could fix the problem. This caused us to have to go pay for dinner and throw away food we had already bought and put in the fridge. Finally, at around 11pm we were told the problem could not be fixed and they had to move us, our belongings and our 4 children to a small hotel/apartment for the night. The next day we were able to move back into different Villa but not until we reached out to management again and not until after 10am, causing us to miss our preplanned morning trip to Elafonisi Beach. A shout out to David, the pool guy, who seemed to be the only one who actually cared about our inconvenience. Half way through our 28 days in Greece, it is easy to call this the most disappointing 2 days of our trip.
