I recommend it wholeheartedly! Beautiful, clean house, fully equipped. The view from the balcony - something beautiful. Perfect location, close to shops and the center. It was the first time we met such a kind and helpful host. Whenever we had a question, he was immediately available by phone. A wonderful man! It was a wonderful time, we recommend it to everyone.

Vila Matić je prekrasna, prostrana i besprijekorno čista, s modernim sadržajima i terasom te bazenom koji nude predivan pogled na Makarsku. Vlasnik je ljubazan, susretljiv i uvijek dostupan, a posebno nas je razveselilo iznenađenje koje je pripremio za rođendan mog zaručnika. Boravak je bio vrlo ugodan i toplo preporučujem ovu vilu svima koji traže kvalitetan i opuštajući smještaj.

A very comfortable apartment with plenty of space. The host was helpful and friendly. The pool area was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the magnificent views out to sea.

We spent emazing days on Villa Matic, it was very comfortable and causy, everything you need for a great rest, so huge thanks Ivica for that. I recommend this Villa for a vacation in Makarska, and I hope we will have a chance to rest there again.
