Die Lage, Pool, Zugang zum Strand.

The grounds were beautiful and the beach was stunning and perfect. The Staff were very friendly and inviting. The location was great and fantastic views form our balcony.

Being in Portugal, in the Algarve - you should spend more time out and about then in your room. But when you are in your room - it should be a compliment to your outside adventures of the day. Sadly this was not the case. The bed was awful - like a slab of granite. The pillows were way past their replacement date, the one chair felt like a torture device. The Split AC unit needs to be replaced. When it was on, it would ramp up like a jet engine every hour for about 5 minutes…so between the AC and the granite slab bed - not a decent night of sleep was had in 8 nights. The quality of the food - very below what we experienced in the rest of the dining experiences we had for the duration of our stay. Breakfast is okay - nothing too bad about it - but certainly go outside the hotel for dinner. Overall - the place has a weird “Hotel California” vibe to it…and it’s very outdated…maybe no longer should be considered a 4 star hotel on this site? Unfortunately the well kept grounds and the beach couldn’t make up for the property’s shortcomings

La vue du balcon sur la mer et la côte était splendide. Nous avions le coucher du soleil tous les soirs. La plage et la piscine sont à proximité et propres. Le parking de l'hôtel est disponible à tout heure. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon avec une vue sur la mer. Le réfrigérateur très apprécié. Le personnel tous serviables et sympathiques.

Véhicule indispensable pour manger à l'extérieur. A part le restaurent de l'hôtel avec un menu unique, pas d'autres possibilités de diner sur place. Aucune chaîne française à la TV. Salle de bain à moderniser (pas de mitigeur). Pas de bouilloire. La chambre manque un peu de rafraichissement.

L’emplacement, la vue, la plage, la piscine, le jardin très grand et le personnel

Rien, l’horaire du petit déjeuner devrait passer à 7h30, des chaînes française sur la télévision et revoir la plomberie des salles de bains.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick - traumhaft. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre bekommen, aber sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer könnte mal erneuert werden. Dass Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück entspricht nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel. Keine Abwechslung. Der Kaffee war schlecht. Jeweils eine nur Sorte Käse, Schinken und Salami. Immer gleich! Keine Auswahl an Brot oder Müsli.

Das Hotel hatte eine tolle Lage mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Lagune. Die Zimmer waren alle in diese Blickrichtung angeordnet. Das Personal, ob am Empfang oder im Restaurant war sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir mussten feststellen, dass sehr viele Deutsche das Hotel nutzten, die oft im Rentenalter waren. Zum Abendessen konnte man ein 5 Gang Menü genießen (kein a la carte) oder hat nur den Hauptgang davon bestellt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Hier wurde viel mit verpackter Ware gearbeitet. Parkplätze gibt es genug kostenlos im Hotelbereich. Klimaanlagen sind im Zimmer vorhanden.
