Localização, receptividade, conforto.

Alguns atendimentos, porque paguei o café da manhã, e quase todos os dias o horário de saída dos passeios foi antes do café, queria levar os snaks e só uma atendente confirmou que poderia.no final fiquei sem café e sem o lanche do passeio.

A localização realmente é muito boa, a recepção, quarto e corredores limpos e cheirosos. consegui deixar minhas malas e aproveitar o bairro ate horário do voo.

Hotel não aceita cartão de débito tive que passar no cartão de credito e pagar mais caro com iof de juros, cheguei e logo pedi o café para levar ao passeio no dia seguinte e o rapaz só me informou no outro dia que não deu certo pedir porque a cozinha estava fechada, fiquei sem café no primeiro dia. foi um pouco frustrante
