Small room - 2x3m No table to work at if needed, Small not very comfortable easy chair, Bathroom along the corridor i.e. not en suite. I paid less last year for 6 nights in a capacious airB2B. The check in details were sent on the moring of my arrival after I had set out on my journey

The hotel was lovely clean and quiet

Very clean and modern room. Bed and pillows very comfy. Don’t see any staff, but extra tea and coffee are available to help yourself to if needed. Self check in and out was convenient. Great location to all attractions. Would highly recommend.

I have no complaints about the property, but would note that the Limes is situated on a very steep hill and would not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

This is my 2nd time staying here, staff, serious are 10/10 The guess house is also very clean. The only thing is maybe looking into a power shower, but to be fair not sure you could as you guys are so far up from the town. Just something to think about. But such a lovely place to stay . Really enjoyed everything.

The perfect location for visiting Swanage - just a quick wander down the hill to the lovely seafront! The room was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the self service check in/out and the fact that you were self sufficient during your stay as that's how we prefer things. All in all a lovely stay in a very nice room - thank you!

We did struggle with the bed/mattress as we didn't find it comfortable - but I think that may be down to our memory foam one at home that makes all others feel less comfy!

The hill very steep you get used to it

The general decor is very nice and the other rooms I have stayed in before are nice.

This room had a separate bathroom down the hallway. Also the carpet had quite a lot of staining on it in the bedroom. The bed felt quite well used

The views and lovely and clean
