Sure the road to the guest seems dirty and unkempt and the lobby seems spartan. Once you get up to the 12th floor and walk into the guest house you realize just how much effort the owner Emad has put into his dream. The main sitting areas on both floors have a direct view of the pyramids. Simply amazing. Each room has its own bathroom and they have a variety of room sizes. You are served a beautiful breakfast by very nice staff. It is well worth it. Yes the streets are crowded and dirty, however this is the essence of Giza but the guest house is the oasis above the bustling city.
