The location was perfect for our needs. The refrigerator in our room did not get cold and the shower curtain didn't stay closed other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Horrible, dogs, smelly halls, room, tub chipped, paint sloppy and peeling, dirty carpet, holes in ceiling. They fixed it supposedly then next day water coming out ceiling again. Courtyard no view and smells of poop from dogs. Just bad

Ease of check- in. Quiet.

Breakfast on the whole was better than the average expectation for Hampton, which on the home is excellent. In this case, the only thing missing was! I could not find it in the breakfast area, even though the breakfast itself was quite good.

This room had bugs. Every day I killed 3 roaches. I stayed 3 nights. I was also afraid to use the elevators at this location. It shook and rattled as it moved. The staff was very nice, but I wouldn't choose this location again due to the bugs and elevator.

The hotel breakfast is awesome. The common areas are generally kept very clean.

The beds were somewhat uncomfortable. Mainly because the sheets used are old and stretched out so they slip off the corners of the mattress and by the middle of the night, you are sleeping directly in the mattress.

"Average at best but could be so much better. "

Quick trip for a funeral. The people who work there are lovely and engaging. The hotel needs a facelift. It feels old and needs repairs. We walked into the lobby where they had a ceiling leak and buckets were out. The elevators are in disrepair and the air conditioning in our room 508 was LOUD when it kicked on. Thankfully the location is great and convenient.
