When purchasing breakfast in addition to a nonrefundable rate (Room Only), it should be paid upon check-in, or at the reception during your stay. The charge for accommodations will be paid in advance in accordance with the conditions of the contracted rate. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. The information provided in the selected currency is for information purposes only. Charges will always be charged in the local currency. Special conditions and supplements may apply when booking more than 9 rooms. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of USD 25 per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval, pets will incur an additional charge of 25 USD per day,per pet,a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room,the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 25 kg or less,.
