Café da manhão não é taõ bom e é confuso no horário de pico, falta espaço e reposição.

I am currently staying at NH Ciudad de Santiago with my wife, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. We chose NH because we expected a professional and welcoming hotel experience, especially given the price we paid. Instead, from the moment we arrived, we have felt like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. When we arrived about two hours before check-in, I politely asked whether early check-in was available and even offered to pay an additional fee. I completely understand that early check-in cannot always be accommodated. My issue was not the answer, but the attitude. Throughout our stay, the reception staff have appeared uninterested, unfriendly, and unwilling to provide even the most basic level of hospitality. There have been very few smiles, very little warmth, and almost no sense that anyone genuinely cares about the guest experience. The problems continued in our room. The heater was not working when we arrived, which was particularly frustrating given the cold weather in Santiago. Maintenance eventually attended and resolved the issue, but it added to the overall impression that the hotel is not being maintained to the standard expected. The hotel itself is in a good location and the rooms are reasonably comfortable, but customer service has a huge impact on a guest's experience. Unfortunately, the lack of friendliness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality from the front desk team has overshadowed any positives. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been disappointing enough that I felt it was important to share. For a hotel carrying the NH brand and charging premium rates, I expected significantly better service. I would not choose to stay here again.

El Desayuno, que teníamos contratado la verdad es que esta muy rico, con una gran variedad de productos tanto de salado como dulce. El tamaño de las habitaciones , también se agradece. La ubicación muy buena , muy cercano a zonas de ocio y restaurantes , adicionalmente una zona tranquila y segura.

Quizás, una pequeña reforma del baño, no estaría de mas, sobre todo la ducha, que era un poco antigua.
