I didn't like the fact that some money were taken from my wallet from the room. The room doesn't have a safe box or sa safer place. I filled a complain to the police but nothing (they told my that could have been stolen by the stuff which i was thinking the same). The management didn't do anything, peobably they are used with such kind of situation and do nothing. Until i reach out the manager to tell about the situation, he didn't even bother to text me someting.

Property was really clean and the rooms were exactly as pictured. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. They were able to provide us with information on activities we wanted to do, great dinner locations (Chill Penida) and helped us get our laundry done. Couldn’t rate the staff any higher!
