A female member of staff was very rude

We were given an entry code on the Saturday and one for the Sunday. Monday morning at 09:30 I took a bag down to my car, during that time a member of staff changed the code and put a sticker on the key pad saying (use September code). They must have seen me at my car. Luckily I had my phone and my wife let me in. I was also concerned there were no members on site after 16:00 on the Sunday.

"Good stay will be back"

Location good lovely looking out over the port area from our wonderful balcony Absolutely loved the shower it was powerful and hot The room was spotless Didnot eat at the bar but had a good menu.

Air conditioning the fan was ok but still had to have windows open which was very noisy with noise from the port. All night

Close to the marina, ideal for staying before an early morning boat trip. Good sized room, clean, fairly modern

"Perfect for visiting friends in Shotley."

Lovely location overlooking Felixstowe and Harwich. My girlfriend and I took the train to Harwich Town and then it was a short walk to get the ferry to Shotley. Excellent way to get there. Breakfast is not included, but they open for breakfast in the clubhouse at the same time as check-out. We used the accommodation as an affordable option for the Ed Sheeran concert at Portman Rd, Ipswich. Worked out very well.

No air-con available, but large French window.
