Que me escribieran para cobrarme adicional el 50%de la reserva porque no habíamos hecho check-out y según estamos allí Pero me encuentro en Bogotá u es una falta de respeto la chica de recepción dijo que solo con cortar las manillas saldríamos pero ahora recibimos mensajes de que por incumplimiento de check out debemos pagar

"Feliz estancia en Santa Marta"

Me gustó mucho la piscina, la ubicación como los muchachos de recepción siempre están súper dispuestos a ayudar. Estuve en una habitación de 4 camas y fue una bonita experiencia. Lo justo y necesario para llegar después de un día de turismo. Baño adecuado y limpio. Desayuno rico. Terraza y fiesta estupendo. El echo de que te permitan visitar el Masaya su piscina y actividades es muy top. Para un viaje sola es estupendo conoces a mucha gente los fines de semana tienes rumba asegurada. Hice una estancia de 2 noches me fui a Palomino y volví otras dos noches y me ofrecieron guardarme la maleta otro punto a favor !!

El colchón ! Es muy delgadito pero pues con lo cansada que llegaba era asumible
