The staff is outstanding — such a high level of service is rare in Georgia, even in chain hotels. The room cleanliness is perfect, with daily housekeeping that feels like checking into a brand new room every time. The breakfasts are very tasty, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location is almost inside Borjomi Park. No need for many words — highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay. If you come to Borjomi, this is the place to stay!

My mother and I are very satisfied with the 5 nights we spent at your hotel. We liked the location, it is close to the central park. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied, designed for all guests. The rooms are small and clean. The hotel has free internet.

There is no elevator in the hotel, which, in my opinion, should definitely be taken into account, since it should be designed for all categories of vacationers. It would be better if dinner was included in this price, because eating in a restaurant is very expensive.
