Was told we couldn't stay there because the lady we had stay with us was too loud and had too many visitors

Elevator was out of service. Despite being advertised as pet friendly I was informed Cats were not allowed only after check in. The breakfast consisted of only cold foods and a microwave

Everything about our stay was excellent. When we go traveling again that way we will stay there then to.

Nothing really. It was by the mall.

The room had about twenty holes in the wall. I booked a king bed and they have me two full size beds. And told me that there was none available. Even though I booked it a week in advance. And still paid the price for the king.

Nothing. This was awful. Do not stay here!

This was one of the most disgusting hotel stays I have ever experienced. The room was clearly not cleaned properly. There was pubic hair in the shower, hair all over the bed, and a dirty men’s sock left on the floor, (our party was only women). The light switch and outlet covers were covered in grime. See the photos. The condition of the property was also unacceptable. Wallpaper was peeling in the stairwell, there was no elevator, and water was dripping from a lobby light fixture. Our room window lock was broken and hanging off the window, and one of the unoccupied ground-floor rooms had its window left wide open for the entire stay. That felt incredibly unsafe. The basic accommodations were poor. We booked for 4 people for 2 nights and were given only 2 towels. There were no extra pillows available when we asked. The bathroom outlet did not work, and there was no usable outlet near the other mirror, which made it impossible to do our hair properly. The Wi-Fi was so bad we could not even check email. What made it worse was that the pool was closed and that was not disclosed until after check-in. The hotel’s public listings still promote an indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and free breakfast, and the official photos present the property much better than what we actually walked into. The included breakfast (cereal and toast) does not start until 7:30 a.m. The front desk experience was also unprofessional. While I was standing there waiting to check in, the staff member put a customer on on the phone on hold to take a personal phone call. Between the filth, broken outlet, broken window lock, lack of towels and pillows, terrible Wi-Fi, closed pool, and serious safety concerns, this stay was unacceptable. The photos in the online listing do not match the actual condition of this hotel. I would not stay here again, and I would strongly recommend others avoid it.

Almost nothing .

Literally everything could've been better. This was the biggest dump I have ever stayed in. There was no lock on the door to the parking lot (huge safety issue), stains on the bedsheets, the TV wasn't logged into any sort of cable, there was no trash can in the room, the bathroom door didn't close all the way, the toilet seat was flopping and ready to come off. I cannot describe with adequate words how big of a dump this place was.

There was no elevator. The pool was closed. The towel (singular) was threadbare. There was no shower mat. Lamps had to be unplugged to free up outlets to charge phone and laptop. There was an ice bucket but no cups or glasses. The artwork in the bathroom was stained with disturbing white streaks. The mechanical lock on the door had an easily guessable code and no deadbolt on the door. It was a deeply disappointing stay.

No way to hang up clothes. Bathroom sink sprays all over as well as shower. No ironing board. Wasn’t sure if I was safe w homeless shelter that I didn’t know about nxt door. This is what inDIDNT LIKE
