الفندق يستاهل 4 نجوم نظيف والغرف مساحتها تكفي والحمام نظيف بس للأسف الشطاف مش متوفر ياليت يهتمو بهالجزئية،، أشكر موظف الاستقبال آلان على تعاونه واقتراحه لأماكن السياحة الموظفين بصفة عامة بشوشين ومتعاونين

Breakfast here is pretty decent and we enjoyed our short stay here. The views to Kazbegi mountain are exceptional as in whole Stepandsminda! We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if travelling to the region.

Our reservation was done shortly before arriving (1h prior) and when arriving we were told that "the last room had been rented out(!)" ; luckily the manager found (another) last room to set us in, although we didnt get all the amenities we had booked for with booking.com (I had requested 3 beds/triple room and we were offered a standard double+1 extra bed) ; all in all no big story as we slept well but we would have appreciated the manager to go one step further and charging us with the standard double room rate and not the triple...!

الموقع ممتاز قريب من السوبر ماركت و الصيدليه وتبديل العملات على الأقدام دقيقتين الاطلاله على النهر والموقع قريب من مطعم كوزي كورنر الشهير على الأقدام 3 دقايق موظفه الاستقبال 👍

كتمه في الغرف يفترض فيه دريشه تفتح مع شبك عشان الهويه ويمنع الحشرات الغرف ضيقه نوع ما ولا يوجد شطاف الحمام فيه روايح كريهه لا يوجد أحد يساعدك في ادخال الشنط
