Новый современный отель ,очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал , в отеле есть лифт что было важно для нас , отопление , подогрев полов в туалетной комнате что очень комфортно , и потрясающий вид на гору Казбек !

There was no one at the reception ever. The staff didn’t know English. The keys kept getting deactivated. The rooms weren’t clean. The washroom was smelly and stinky. The bedsheet and blanket was dirty. Somebody just walked into the room with a key. This was the most scariest
