Campus Tower Suite Hotel

The Campus Towers is the best!!! The building is beautiful and the staff is the best ever. They are very friendly and helpful. We felt very much welcome and comfortable. I would recommend the hotel and the staff to everyone. Loved our stay with these people. Will miss them.

Check in was smooth, staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Location of hotel is excellent for access to University of Alberta campus.

Really disappointing experience from a customer service perspective, though the room was fine and as described. Many disappointments in customer service (it was a hospital-related stay, requiring certain specification, questions, requests), but the worst being the unannounced fees. When your room is confirmed, you'll get an email with the cost....but that's only the base rate and NOTHING else. They'll charge your credit card provincial taxes (of course, but why not disclose that it's not part of the total they send in email confirmation?) AND two tourism taxes: a "Tourism Levy" and a "Destination market Fee". This added over $30 to the final bill, which is consequential if you're on a budget looking for the most competitive rate. Also frustrating given the stay was for a hospital visit, and none of this was disclosed in emails or during booking. So it's fairly obviously deliberate. They also hide the parking + hospital budle on their site. Odd place.

Amazing staff with a hotel in a perfect location for access to the city and university. Go to place for future stays.
