A little pricy

Our two room suite was quite dated in decor but there was plenty of space and overall the suite was very comfortable. Table for meals plus a separate desk to work at and plenty of plug ins. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Earls restaurant downstairs and small coffee shop next to lobby were great. Plenty of other eating options in the area. Having the location so close to the Hospital was most appreciated for walking back and forth over several days. Only a few minor issues: tub shower was not the best and the small coffee pot in our kitchen was definitely past its "best by" date. I would definitely stay here again for convenience and comfort. I would just bring a kettle with me next time.

I know for a fact that I forgot my watch in the room and I know exactly where I left it but when I called and asked if they had found it they claimed it wasn’t in there.

We’ve stayed here quite a few times over the years and keep coming back. The location is hard to beat, right next to the hospital and the University of Alberta, with lots of dining options within walking distance. The covered parking is really convenient, and being pet friendly is a huge plus for us. The staff are always kind and accommodating. On this stay, they offered us a complimentary late checkout at noon, which we really appreciated and made our departure much more relaxed. We had booked a one bedroom suite and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a two bedroom, which was such a treat. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and everyone slept well. The eye mask, ear plugs, and white noise machine were thoughtful touches. The kitchen is well set up for making meals, and there’s a four seat dining table along with a large living room with plenty of seating, which made it easy to relax and spend time together.
