However, once the customer arrives at the property, they manipulate the situation by stating that the room is not available at the Booking.com price and instead charge an additional ₹1500. Furthermore, they claim not to be an official partner of Booking.com and insist that bookings are only accepted through OYO, fully aware that the customer may have limited alternatives. and staff is very rude

Location of the hotel, behaviour of staff, reasonable rent

No lift, I booked it with breakfast included but they said breakfast is not included, there were no electric kettle for making a tea
