Rodeway Inn & Suites Lake Havasu City

Location. Pretty clean.

Outdated bedding. Horrible bath towels. Patio door didn’t lock properly and being on first floor is nerve racking.

The Staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, and we'll equipped.

the only note I will make on the negative side is that there was no elevator. This might be an issue for some people.

The room had the paint/wallpaper torn off the wall, there were dried boogers on the bathroom wall, there was what seemed to be blue or green paint on the bed sheets, while swimming the front desk guy kept looking into the windows staring at us while in the pool on different occasions, the breakfast /coffee experience was a joke, no creamer except hazelnut, decaf in the rooms, the cereal bins have bot been cleaned it had 3 different cereals in one of the bins, the sliding door handle was broke in our room, mattresses where so uncomfortable and old, the pillows were terrible, the list goes on , will not recommend to others, oh and the front desk acted like we were bothering them upon checking in

Good location

Very run down - outlets coming off walls- toilet hinge broken and filthy- hall door to parking lot not latching, wrapped with tape and does not lock. Anyone could come in.

Someone’s hair in the bathroom :( Wi fi didn’t work AT ALL

Best part was the balcony with a view of the lake. We liked the indoor hot tub.

Breakfast was just a few items; the lobby stairs could be vacuumed.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this location. The lake view room with the balcony is so nice to relax and watch the sunset. The pool and spa are also enjoyable after a day on the lake.

They need to upgrade there pillows.
