设施老旧/维护不善。客房门开关时、踩踏楼梯时发出噪音。 地理位置尴尬。邻电车站，但离道口过近，从早六点到晚十一点，道口警报声和列车撞轨声不间断；同时，1号、3号房间窗外即是拱廊街，尖叫打闹声持续到深夜，且灯光透过窗帘。

オーナーさんがとても優しく、到着時刻が前後する場合でも寛大に対応してくれました。周辺の施設がかなり豊富で、スーパーも銭湯もごはん屋さんもあります。おすすめのところを教えてもらえました。また、お部屋もとても広くて快適でした。

4人で1つの和室で寝ましたが、敷布団が少し大きくて入りきらず、重ねる形になってしまい少し寝にくかったです。

Alex was an absolute legend. Really warm and friendly host and he gave great tips for local food, bath houses, activities, transport etc. Really big room too.

Bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but still fine.

Very close to the train station and Takamatsu port. Close to the main shopping centre and no problem to find restaurants, convenient stores and fruit market. Owners are very accommodating and easy to communicate. They helped us carrying the luggage, and store it after check out. They even have someone that spoke Mandarin to walk us through the check in process, and talked to the residents upstairs when they were making noises.

The property is a bit aged with very basic facilities. The bathtub was leaking and we can easily hear people walking/stepping on the floor.

Great personal service and communication. Excellent location close to station and supermarket.

Alex was very helpful in carrying the suitcase to the 3F apartment as the stairs were steep and narrow. He also gave us many useful tips on what to see, which restaurants etc. He and his wife organized our luggage transfer to Kyoto which was just fantastic. Location is just around the corner from the shopping arcades.

Steep entrance but that’s not the owners fault.

1- too noisy. You both get noise from the street as well as from other rooms in the hotel due to light walls 2- very light curtains don’t block the morning light. We were awaken between 5 and 6 every morning For some people it’s a good thing to be awakened by natural light, for us it was very difficult.
