Loven Sanur Guest House

Good place to stay when you want to do a day trip to nusa penida.

Be aware that there is another hotel with nearly the same name.

Nice people that run the Guest House, quiet area but not far there are some places to go. Also more crowded areas are not that far.

If you are looking for a quiet location then this is a great homestay. The family are lovely and very accommodating. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioner is perfect and quiet. It’s basic but I’ve loved the simplicity. It’s only AUD$0.85 on a Grab bike to the beach which is 5-7mins away. Walkable once you know your location in about 20 mins. Love Sanur as a location as there’s at least 3 beaches all rolled into once and there’s a huge walkway that connects them all. My fave place in Bali and I’ve spent 3.5 months here this year.

I can’t think of anything! Other reviews have talked about lack of hot water but I’ve not found it a problem as it’s not cold water it’s tepid and it’s been 30+ degrees outside! There’s no tv, but I wouldn’t watch it anyway. There’s a shared fridge.

The family who run the homestay were super friendly and helpful. The room is very big, with lots of space, and the WiFi is pretty good.

The air conditioning wasn't very strong. There were lots of ants in the room and bathroom, and there were dogs barking very loudly at 4.00 in the morning which made it hard to sleep.
